The Ixora Hotel’s Aneka Ramadan buffet offers some of the favourite dishes of the season for those wishing to break fast till May 10, 2021.
The package is priced at RM88 nett (adult) and RM58 nett (child) at the hotel’s The Straits Café on level G.
Among the hot favourites are the likes of ayam masak madu, daging masak kicap, Nyonya sambal udang, daging kambing kurma, ikan masak cuka and udang goreng berempah. Other offerings that are showcased are daging curry mamak, kambing biryani, ikan masak assam pedas and many more.
As for starters, they offer appetizers on the spread that cover an assortment of kerabu and healthy selection of ulam-ulam such as ulam raja, daun selasih, daun kaduk, daun pegaga and more.
As for guests with a penchant for all things spicy, they will be pleased with the options extended in sambal belacan kampong, cincalok, sambal air assam and sambal manga muda.
Among the soup options include sup ekor lembu, soto kambing mamak and sup kambing mamak.
The actions stations offers the ever popular, kambing golek, ikan nyok nyok bakar, pasembur, rojak and Penang asam laksa.
To finish your meal, desserts in the likes of ice kacang with various condiments are offered, along with treats like bubur pulut hitam, assorted puddings, ice cream, raya biscuits and a variety of local kuih muih among other many more desserts.
