The Cafe Light Signature @The Zen Bayan Lepas held its official launch ceremony in a colourful ceremony earlier today.
Guests can get to taste the special Penang delights and western specials at most affordable prices at the new outlet.
On hand to perform the official opening ceremony was Penang Police Chief Commissioner Datuk Hamzah Ahmad who was accompanied by Tan Sri Ramesh and his team members.
The cafe is open from 8am to 10pm daily and offers selections specially catered for the whole family or even single diners.
The cafe has a capacity of 90 to 100 guests at any one time and is also well suited for private functions too.
Among the delicious dishes are Grilled Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Pan Seared Barramundi, Smoked DuckAglio Olio, Sicilian Pomodoro, Creme Brulee, Sago Gula Melaka, Smoked Salmon Nasi Goreng Petai, Mak Char Koay Teow, Hokkein Mee, Pandan Nasi Lemak and the lot.
The Light Hotel’s team led by Chef Johnno and outlet’s Head Chef Mohd Fauzi are on hand to ensure guest satisfaction. The outlet is also Muslim friendly
