The committee members of the Malaysian Association of Hotels (Penang Chapter) made a courtesy call on the newly appointed Chief Police Officer (CPO) of Penang, Dato Khaw Kok Chin at his office earlier today.
Leading the team was chairman Tony Goh who is also the general manager of St Giles Wembley Hotel, vice chairman Ben Ho (general manager of Lexis Suites Hotel) land Kevin Cheah (general manager of Iconic Hotel).
Also present Dato Khoo Boo Lim who is the MAH national vice- president.
Others present at the event were Steven Suffian (GM Hompton Hotel), John Kim (GM Mei Hotel), Dennis Lee (GM Royale Chulan Penang), Melvin Ooi (GM Prestige Hotel) and K.Harikumar security manager of Hard Rock Hotel Penang and MAH security sub- committee head.
The session served to exchange views and ideas on how to make Penang as a safer tourist destination.
The MAH delegates also presented a souvenir to Dato Khaw who in turn presented a souvenir to the delegation.
