AHOY ! The Royale Chulan Penang (RCP) is offering its Pirate’s Menu this time around.

In keeping with the theme, the buffet counters are decked with bounties of the ocean with fresh seafood and char-grilled meats taking centre stage.

This indulgent menu also features an extensive variety of international and local dishes that will surely whet the appetites of all diners.

Diners can let the cold seafood counter be their first port of call with a selection of fresh Seafood-on-Ice, Sashimi on Ice, Smoked Salmon Platter, Korean Clams Noodle Salad, Tangerine Chicken Salad and many more that will definitely satisfy the diners’ palate.

For the hot dishes, diners should not miss the Seafood Paella, Deep-Fried Shisamo with Salted Egg Sauce, Emperor Grouper Fish Head Curry, Arrow Squid Kapitan with Kafir Lime and many more.

Then they are also invited to take their pick at the action stalls available that will feature delectable dishes like the Gratinated Korean Oysters, Steamed Whole Barramundi and for the meat-lovers, the Roasted Australian Beef Striploin is definitely a must-have! Another special feature is our Nyonya Crab Curry Noodles whereby Royale Chulan Penang is the first hotel on Penang Island to be using GST Group’s One Bite Crab, a delicacy crafted from the succulent Yellow Swimming Crab. With its crunchy soft shell texture and generous meat content, it will definitely make diners come back for second helpings.

Diners can then continue their feast with one of the highlights of The Pirate’s Menu which is the Traditional BBQ section with seafood and meat items such as Prawns, Squid, Bamboo Clams, Wing Snails, Golden Scallops, Clams, Half Shell Mussels, Sliced Lamb, Sliced Beef, Jumbo Sausage and Sliced Chicken. Diners will have a choice of Kung Po Sauce or Sambal Sauce to go with their BBQ.

After indulging in a deliciously hearty seafood meal, guests can end the meal on a sweet note with a lovely mix of Local and Western sweets from French pastries and continental cakes to ais kacang,
tropical fruits and ice cream.

The Pirate’s Menu Seafood Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 10pm at the Sri Tanjung Café and is priced at RM129++ for Adults, RM90++ for Senior Citizens and RM70++ for Children. 

A special Buy 4 Free 1 will also be available throughout the month of May. There is also a 20% discount (applicable for adult price only) for in-house guests.
