Dubrule with Datuk Saiful
Airbus Helicopters held a ceremony at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) to celebrate 15 years of operations of the AS365 N3 fleet by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency.
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency’s fleet of three AS365 N3 helicopters has been in service since 2007.
The helicopter is used for a range of parapublic operations such as patrol, rescue, airborne surveillance, border protection, maritime surveillance, anti-smuggling, search and rescue, passenger transportation, emergency medical services, passenger / VIP transportation, as well as other critical missions.
The event was attended by the Acting Director-General Vice Admiral Datuk Saiful Lizan Ibrahim of the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency.
Airbus Helicopters Head of Asia-Pacific, Vincent Dubrule presented Vice Admiral Datuk Saiful Lizan Ibrahim with the award to commemorate the occasion.
