The Royale Chulan Penang in the heart of Georgetown will usher in the Year of the Dragon in the lunar calendar with some of their finest food & beverage choices.
There is something to suit everyone in terms of their budget and their choice of dishes.
Their CNY spread is put out by the hotel’s Chinese Sous Chef Ho Kuan Yong and his team of staff members.
Among the highlights is the eight-course dinner packages suitable for the all-important reunion dinner gathering or even on the subsequent days of the CNY season.
Guest have a choice of selecting the dinner spread ranging from RM688++ per table for six pax, RM1,188++ per table for 10 pax, RM1,488++ per table for 10 pax, RM1,488++ per table for 10 pax and RM1,888++ per table for 10 pax.
Then, there is also the buffet spread on Feb 9 featuring dishes such as the popular Roasted Duck, Slipper Lobster Thermidor, Stir-fried Black Pepper Crabs, Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Wolfberry, Seafood on Ice, Roasted Lamb Leg and many more from 6.30pm to 10pm.
The buffet is priced at RM148++ (adult), RM108++ (senior Citizen) and RM88++ (child).
On the second day of Chinese New Year, they celebrate new beginnings with their sumptuous buffet lunch and dinner offerings at the Sri Tanjung Cafe.
Starting Jan 15th January till Feb 29th, they also offer a selection of Yee Sang for takeaway, ideal for elevating festive gatherings at home or in the office. There is a choice of Vegetarian Salmon & Cuttlefish Yee Sang, Jellyfish Yee Sang, Chilled Salmon Yee Sang, Abalone Yee Sang and the Abalone & Chilled Salmon Yee Sang.
