The Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang was awarded as one of the Top 5 Best Family Hotels in Malaysia, a highly coveted accolade awarded by Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, in association with Little Steps Asia, in their definitive guide to Asia’s Best Hotels & Resorts for Families 2024.
The honour comes as part of a unique venture in which Little Steps Asia, in collaboration with Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, selected hotels and resorts across eight distinct destinations, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Macau, the Philippines and Malaysia.
The aim was to identify the cream of the crop when it comes to the most family-friendly accommodations.
