The dynamic Dash Resort Langkawi is offering its Santap @dash Specialties for those who want to savour the authenticity of kampung cuisine.

The lunch / dinner spread brings you finger licking dishes like Udang masak lemak cili api ( Negeri Sembilan style), Ikan Siakap masak Asam goreng, daging salai masak lemak cili api and a variety of local vegetables.

To wash down your food there are homemade selasih drinks and more.

Food and Beverage Director of Dash Resort Jammaz Mohd Yassin adds that they have not taken any shortcuts in preparing the dishes.

“The package is at RM120 (for two pax) however pre-order is required,” says Jammaz.

Meanwhile, Executive Chef Mohd Aizam Zain who comes with some 20 years experience in the culinary industry added that the spices and other ingredients are prepared in the traditional manner.

“We always put out the best of the spread and so far guests have given their thumbs up for the spread. We grind the spices to the right texture to combine with the meat and vegetables,” said chef Mohd Aizam who hails from Kora Kinabalu.

Chef Mohd Aizam also specialises in Italian dishes.
