The Lions Club of George Town is bringing the community together in a meaningful way with the inaugural “Jom Bersama Lions Dan Komuniti” exhibition and talk, happening at Island 88 Mall, Tanjong Tokong, on Saturday, Jan 10, 2026, from 10am to 5pm.

Designed as a one-day community engagement platform, the event aims to connect residents with essential services, health awareness, and social support through direct interaction with public agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers and private institutions.

Details of the community-driven initiative were shared at a press conference held earlier today at Hotel NEO+ Penang. Present were Lions Club of George Town president Dato Gulab Mahatam Rai, organising chairman Peter Chung, Dato Jimmy Ong, Dato Khoo Kay Huat and Dr Terlochan Singh.
