Langkawi International Convention Centre (LICC), managed by The St. Regis Langkawi, introduces Santapan Warisan, its first-ever heritage dinner buffet, inviting the local community to gather and dine over an authentic celebration of Malaysia’s rich Malay culinary traditions this holy month. 

Available from 20 February to 18 March 2026, the experience marks a significant milestone as LICC transforms into a new dining destination on the island.

Curated by The St. Regis Langkawi’s culinary team, Santapan Warisan presents more than 50 traditional and contemporary Malay dishes, with rotating menus throughout the season to offer variety and discovery with every visit. 

The menu is led by Malay Sous Chef Mohd Fauzi Hashim, a Langkawi native with decades of experience in traditional Malay cuisine, whose deep-rooted knowledge and passion bring together time-honoured recipes, local flavours and comforting classics enjoyed by generations.

Adding a special dimension to the dining experience, Santapan Warisan features a curated selection of signature dishes by celebrated Malaysian chef Dato’ Fazley Yaakob, presented alongside the in-house creations. Highlights include Gulai Daging Salai with Pucuk Ubi, Itik Panggang Masak Lemak Cili Padi, and Rendang Daging Minang, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy familiar favourites in a welcoming buffet setting.

Beyond these signature highlights, the buffet offers a generous journey through Malaysia’s beloved flavours—from hawker-inspired favourites such as Mamak-style mutton soup, freshly prepared Roti John and classic satay, to hearty carving stations featuring honey-roasted chicken, grilled seabass with sambal, and a whole roasted lamb leg. Designed for families, friends and group gatherings, the experience emphasises warmth, generosity and exceptional value.

Hosted in the 1,660-square-metre Grand Ballroom at Langkawi’s first purpose-built convention centre, Santapan Warisan is complemented by daily traditional gamelan performances, creating a festive yet relaxed evening ambience. Dedicated prayer facilities and complimentary parking further ensure a comfortable and welcoming dining experience for guests. 

Santapan Warisan is available from 20 February to 18 March 2026, 6pm to 10pm at LICC.

Early Bird Exclusive: Guests who confirm with full prepayment by 19 February 2026 can enjoy special rates of MYR 80 nett per adult (U.P. MYR 98 nett) and MYR 40 nett per child aged 5 to 12 (U.P. MYR 49 nett). Children under five dine for free.
