The newly re-opened Jazz Hotel in Tanjung Tokong carried out a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program to distribute bubur lambuk to the surrounding community and passers-by.
The distribution was held along the main road adjacent to the hotel.
Some 300 tubs of bubur lambuk were specially prepared by the hotel’s culinary team led by chef Raj.
They had started work on the bubur lambuk to cook and pack as early as noon.
Present to hand out the packets was hotel manager Jordon Lim and other heads of departments.
Passers-by were seen happily getting their fair share of the bubur lambuk.
The hotel team also went over to the nearby fire station to hand our bubur lambuk to the personnel there.
Kudos to the Jazz Hotel for the commendable and meaningful gesture to promote goodwill.
