The festival is on for one-week from Nov 5–11, 2025 at the prestigious Feringgi Grill, hosted and organised by The Model Cook in collaboration with Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa, Penang.

During his visit, Henderson will host exclusive vinegar masterclasses for chefs, demonstrating advanced culinary applications, pairing techniques, and the science of balance to elevate Malaysian menus.
