Fuji Logistic (M) Sdn Bhd celebrated the grand opening of its new 28,800-square-metre warehouse, Kulim Logistics Center 2, at Northern Technocity in a ceremony held recently (Dec 9, 2025). The facility marks a significant milestone for both Fuji Logistics Malaysia and Northern Technocity, further strengthening the township’s position as a growing logistics and advanced manufacturing hub in northern Malaysia.
Fuji Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd, established in Malaysia in 1997, is a prominent logistics provider within the global Fuji Logistics Co. Ltd. and Mitsubishi Logistics Group, offering comprehensive services such as bonded warehousing, customs & freight forwarding, transportation and specialized packing for various industries, especially electronics, with key operations in Kulim Hi-Tech Park and Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Johor, linking Malaysia with the world through efficient supply chain solutions.
In 2012, Fuji Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd, opened its first bonded warehouse, Kulim Logistics Center 1 (KLC1), in Kulim Hi Tech Park and business has grown steadily over the years. The opening of this new facility, Kulim Logistics Center 2 in Northern Technocity, three times larger than KLC1, will further enhance its service capabilities, offering better logistics solutions to its valued customers.
Kulim Logistics Center 2 sits on elevated land for natural flood protection within Northern Technocity, a central hub of the overall Kulim Hi-Tech Park. Its modern, energy-efficient design incorporates insulated wall panels, weather-resistant and airtight construction, and a concealed clip-lock roof rated for 33.50 m/s wind loads. The super-flat floor, reinforced with emery/carborundum hardener, provides a durable, dust-free, reflective surface ideal for robotics and high-precision racking. Safety is enhanced by an ESFR system, while a dedicated 11kV power supply, 750 kVA standby generator with 12-hour backup, and upgrade-ready ACMV and electrical systems ensure reliable, future-proof operations.
Northern Technocity, a 354 acres development that commenced in Q3 2021, has achieved a 70% take-up rate from established multinational tenants including Celestica, BCM Electronics, Aurelius Technologies Bhd, and Nagoya. The township will soon welcome a leading international MedTech company, reflecting sustained investor confidence driven by its strategic location, infrastructure readiness, and development quality.
