Amari Johore Bahru has put up a unique 12 ft Christmas tree at its main lobby to usher-in this year’s festive season.
The Christmas tree which is lid up brightly also features several items which is associated with the hospitality industry.
Among them are bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, comb and other everyday necessities.
“All of these are symbols of the hotel industry as such we decided to display them on the Christmas tree.
“Although some of the guests are amazed by the sight of these items being on the Christmas tree, many have also commended the decorations,” said Pauline Chua, the general manager of the Amari Johor Bahru.
In fact, it was Chua’s idea for these everyday use of items to be displayed on the Christmas tree.
Then, there is also the giant Gingerbread house which showcases all of the seasonal cookies and cakes for takeaway sales. Among them are chocolate cakes, ginger bread, sweets and other goodies.
Meanwhile, Amari Johor Bahru offers its Christmas Eve buffet dinner at RM188 net per person while the Christmas Day buffet lunch is at RM138 per person at their Amaya Food Gallery.
Then, there is the Christmas Day afternoon tea session at RM108 for two persons.
As for the up-coming New Year Eve celebrations, the hotel offers their New Year Eve buffet dinner at RM188 net. They also offer their New Year’s Day buffet lunch at RM138 too. Entertainment will be provided by the Gentleman Band.
