The Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur held its “Global Clients Appreciation 2024” luncheon where some 150 corporate guests and associates gathered.
The gathering also saw a Memorandum-of-Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur and the International Advertising Association (IAA) to further their cooperation and collaboration.
Representing the hotel was Ms Tricia Loh, the director, business development & marketing while Prof John D Chacko president of IAA Malaysia Chapter, represented the latter.
Loh shared that they were recently recognized at the ASEAN Tourism Standards Awards 2024, where Berjaya Times Square Hotel clinched the prestigious ASEAN MICE Venue Standard in the Meeting Room Category.
Meanwhile, following the MOU signing, IAA will strive to hold all of their events and gatherings at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
In her opening address, Loh welcomed all of their esteemed clients & partners to the fine afternoon gathering.
“Our newly refurbished Grand Ballroom is equipped with cutting-edge technology of 360 degrees LED screens to suit your business needs. We are also continually upgrading our rooms throughout 2024/25 to serve you better.
“Meanwhile, the Club Room benefits are heightened especially to benefit business travelers”, aded Loh.
Tokens of appreciation for top business partners and clients. Guests were also treated to a fine buffet lunch spread which went down well with guests.
They also took time to mingle and get to know each other better.
The BTSKL is located on a 48-storey tower, offers some 539 rooms and suites including penthouses.
They also offer an inventory of 15 function rooms to cater for the MICE sector. They can cater from small, medium or bigger meetings and gatherings.
As for recreation or to unwind after a long day, the rooftop swimming pool is an oasis, while the gymnasium, sauna and spa are all the favourite retreats too.
