Amari SPICE Penang’s new Executive Chef Azmi Affandi and his team are bringing the “Juadah Nostalgia” Buffet Dinner from March 15 to April 7, April 2024 at the Amaya Food Gallery.
On the buffet line are local favourites dishes, delicacies and treats for all to partake.
The Juadah Nostalgia Buffet also features a wide spread of buffet menus on rotations daily.
Assiting Chef Azmi are seven other chefs led by Executive Chef Benny with his “Pulled Lamb Shawarma, Chef Fifi’s Penghulu Puteh with Ikan Masak Bugis, Chef Dzilal’s Udang Buttermilk Karipuley, Chef Muiz’s Daging Masak Hitam Manis, Chef Fatin’s Gulai Kawah Hangat Langkawi, Chef Faizul’s Keng Khiaw Wam Neur Phek (Thai Classic Green Curry Mutton) and sweet Chef Sofea’s Serawa Pisang Tanduk & Labu.
Additionally, on the buffet, a host of delicacies are lined up including the “pembuka selera” (breakfast selections) with a selection of cold and hot beverages, appetizers, an assortment of salads, ulam-ulaman, fruits & Rojaks, Meja Toko Kelontong Runcit, Serawa & Bubur Manisan.
Continue with the variety of main dishes at Amaya Show Kitchen varieties from the Malay, Indian, and Chinese “Dapur” especially the Turkish Pulled Lamb Shawarma & Josper Texas Beef Brisket. That’s not all, explore the Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese selections for more.
Indulgence with a view at the Amaya Terrace, much more to discover at the “Hawker Stalls Taman Amaya” selections featuring Kambing Golek, Char Kuey Teow & Mee Mamak, Roti Jon & Ramly Burger, Ayam Perchik Putih & Ikan Bakar, Gulai Kawah & Sup Mantap, Satays, Fritters & Pasembur and Ais Batu Campur (Ice Kacang).
Your indulgence will not be complete without savouring a sweet note! Enjoy a selection of pastries and sweets at the Chocolate Fountain, an assortment of Ice Cream & Aiskrim, French pastries, cakes & tarts, puddings & jellies, Kuih Melayu & Nyonya as well as a selection of cookies and biscuits in the jar.
Throughout the dining experience, guests will be treated to live music by a three-piece band with golden oldies and upbeat numbers.
Juadah Nostalgia Buffet Dinner is priced at RM158 nett per adult, RM118 nett per child aged 6-12 years and Senior Citizens aged 60 years and above. However, there is an early bird offer at RM138 nett per adult and is valid from now until March 10, 2024.
