The Eastin Hotel Penang is bringing its Seafood Buffet Dinner at its Swez Brasserie for diners.

Other delights at the feast is their Chilled Seafood Selection featuring fresh prawns, crab, mussels, and scallops and accompanied by flavorful condiments such as sweet dill mustard, wasabi mayo, and gazpacho vinaigrette.

Cold appetizers include Smoked Salmon Mousse on Herbed Éclair, Rainbow Rice Paper Rolls filled with pickled vegetables and crabmeat, Tuna Tartare with creamy avocado, and an array of sashimi, California rolls, and tamarind sushi.
The selection also includes a Loaded Cold Beef Salad topped with blue cheese crumbs and a crispy chicken salad drizzled with sriracha honey BBQ dressing. The buffet offers more choices with Beetroot and Passion Fruit-cured Salmon, a carefully curated Charcuterie Platter, and a variety of gourmet cheeses served alongside breadsticks and delicate profiteroles.
For those seeking warmth, comforting soups such as Prawn & Pumpkin Corn Chowder and Chicken Soup with Hokto Bunashimeji mushrooms provide a soothing touch, complemented perfectly by freshly baked breads.
On the hot food front, diners are treated to an eclectic mix of global and local favorites: from wok-fried Char Kway Teow loaded with prawns and cockles to the classic British Twice-Cooked Beef Brisket with Yorkshire Pudding. Steamed Whole Barramundi bathed in Nyonya sauce offers a fragrant local twist, while Sicilian Spiced Duck Breast with preserved orange, poached swordfish with roasted eggplant, and garlic-rosemary roasted lamb leg showcase bold international flavors.

The spread also features Baked Moroccan Chicken Thigh with olives and raisins, Oysters Bienville baked with breadcrumbs, cheese, and mushrooms, alongside deep-fried fish served with sesame and sour plum sauce.
