The next time you are in Langkawi, make it a point to check out the Dash Resort Langkawi’s hi-tea set.
Executive chef, Aidiyusman Mohamad Yushoff and his team have come out with a lovely hi-tea set for all to enjoy.
Among the traditional kueh mueh selection are the akok kelantan, pulut panggang, puteri mandi, trio pulut sambal ikan bills, kelapa parut manis, mangga chokanan, kueh bomb and more. There is also the traditional mee goreng to partake.
The hi-tea selections are also served to guests during their breakfast daily.
“The feedback from guests has been very positive as they have missed local delicacies and yearn to enjoy them,” said chef Aidiyusman.
He added that he came up with this creation to add a new twist to diners at the resort.
Chef Aidiyusman previously worked at the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu before moving over to the Dash resort.
He had also served with Airasia catering in 2016 and also with the Marriott International group. His signature dishes are the classic Italian cuisine as he also worked in Europe for some 12 years.
