Among the local choices are the assortment of local greens, complemented with different types of sambal and sauce. Pair this kampung vegetable salad with sotong kangkong and rojak betik terengganu for the perfect start to a sumptuous meal for breaking fast.
Then, savour traditional Malaysian favourites like acar buah, goreng tempe, gado gado, penang pasembur, mee rebus johor and kerabu daging, prepared by the resort’s seasoned local chefs.

The seafront food stalls serve up a variety of local Malaysian delights like the Surabaya roasted whole lamb leg with spicy turmeric coconut sauce; ayam dara goreng berempah; chicken and beef satay; roti jala; lok lok; rendang tok; fried banana, sweet potato and cempedak fritters; and anika lautan panggang –traditional grilled seafood such as cencaru, kembong, pari, keli, terubok and kerang served with an assortment of Malaysian dips.
For desserts, an enticing assortment of Malay kuih muih such as tapai ubi, apam kelapa, pulut inti kelapa, dodol, kuih batang buruk and kuih seri muka; as well as dates, bubur kacang merah and a variety of cakes, pastries, ice kacang and cendol.
