Members of the Penang Security Practitioners Association (PENSEC) held their annual general meeting at the Hotel Pen Mutiara recently.
More than 120 members attended the gathering.
The election process went smoothly as members took their turn to vote for the new committee members.
By the end of the evening, with the final vote count completed, the new office bearers were announced.
The chairman is Mohamad Shafiq Muraly Abdullah along with deputy chairman, Ms Punitha.
The Secretary is Razman Nordin along with Amin Sultan elected as the Treasurer.
Meanwhile, the committee members are Logendran M Govindasamy, Kelvin, Nizam Ismail, James Mohan and Puan Noura while JM Tan was elected as the auditor. They will serve the term for 2025 till 2027.
The gathering also saw a talk given by Puan Azlin Azlizan from JPJ Penang. She focussed on topics mainly on – Common accident types, Importance of reflective jackets and helmets and Accidents on straight roads.
Guests also enjoyed a hi-tea session and lucky draw and got to know each other better.
