Over at the G Hotel, their traditional turkey carvings from Brazil and this is the main stay on the buffet counter. It comes with traditional stuffing served with cranberry sauce and giblet gravy.
Other seasonal favourites include a host of local and international dishes and desserts at the new Cafe 168. Among them are slow roasted prime ribs, baked fish fillet, roasted duck Chinese style among other choices.
They also offer the BBQ spread loaded with fish, squid, king prawns, slipper lobster, lamb chop, duck breast, beef sausage all served with a variety of sauces. Then, there is the seafood on ice featuring oysters and crab legs to offer you a dining experience.
