The Mercure Penang Beach puts out its best Ramadan cuisine at its :”Warna Warni Nusantara” promotion from March 25 till April 20, 2023.
What’s more, the menu is presented by local chef Ayu Yusoff of Qually’s Nusantara Kitchen this time around with the best local and regional favourites.
Among the main dishes are their Gulai Kawah Sang Perindu, Ayam Dara Kahwin, Udang Masak Petai Mahkota, Asam Pedas Laksamana, Ayam Percik Padang and Ayu’s signature Nasi Rancak DiRaja among others.
Other attractions include murtabak, rojak, koay teow, laksa, ice kacang, cendol, Malay kueh, bubur lambuk.
On top of the above attractions, the hotel has also put out a variety of ulam ulam, sambal, ketupat, Roti John, barbeque choices like lamb, chicken and a variety of fish.
The desserts counter also features a long list of cakes, cookies and local fruits to enjoy.
