United Kingdom based JD Sports Fashion showcased their Spring/Summer apparel, trainers and footwear collection at the opening day of the Fashion Redefined 2019 organised by Gurney Plaza recently.
The group has over 800 stores UK, Europe and South East Asia.
Among the major brands on show were Adidas, Puma, Reebok, Lacoste, Nike, Kappa, Fila along with their own brands like McKenzie, Sonneti and Supply & Demand.
Guests were thrilled by an array of male and female models who took to the catwalk to parade the latest collection.
With prices ranging from RM80 to RM1,000 JD Sports is housed in a 9,700 sq ft area at Gurney Plaza, the first outlet on the island.
“We have great range of selections suited for the Asian and also the Western market.
“This outlet also carries around 30 apparel and shoe brands unlike our outlet in the mainland which carries only footwear.
“There is also a virtual order booth where patrons can order their choices of products which are not stocked at our outlet and it will be delivered to you.
“We think the Penang is ready for our range of brands as it is vibrant and always growing.
“The choices of our products suit men, women and also juniors, ” said Andre Loong, chief operations officer for JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
