Curated by the resort’s culinary masters, Chef Hafiz, Chef Syafiq, and Chef Shafizee, Selera Tradisi showcases over 300 sumptuous dishes served in three elegant rotations.
Each chef brings a unique story and signature creations that celebrate Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage.
Chef Hafiz, with over two decades of expertise, channels the soul of Malay tradition through his signature Kambing Bakar Berempah with Nasi Kebuli, a harmonious blend of spiced lamb and fragrant rice infused with Middle Eastern aromas. Chef Syafiq, renowned for his vibrant kerabu, elevates Malay flavors with bold and refreshing dishes such as Kerabu Daging Bakar and Kacang Kelisa, inspired by his childhood culinary roots.

Meanwhile, Chef Shafizee, hailing from Sarawak, reimagines the revered Ayam Pansuh, slow-cooked in bamboo with fragrant herbs, merging authenticity with modern sophistication.
Committed to sustainability and authenticity, Langkawi Kitchen sources approximately 80% of its ingredients locally, including produce from Langkawi’s own farmers. This dedication ensures guests experience the true essence of the island’s flavors while supporting local communities.
Selera Tradisi will be available Thursday to Monday, from 19 February to 20 March 2026, between 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The buffet is priced at MYR 198 per adult and MYR 99 per child.
