The management team from the Amari SPICE Penang paid a courtesy call on the newly appointed director at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) Penang, Dr Annuar Mohamed recently.
The team from the hotel was led by its general manager, Noorazzudin Omar and their commercial director, Ms Doris Hor.
Awaiting them was the well deserved news of the prestigious hotel being re-conferred the 5-star hotel rating status.
“I would like to congratulate Amari SPICE Penang for retaining their 5-star status”, said Dr Annuar.
They also took the opportunity to discuss matters of interest and current developments in the tourism sector.
Meanwhile, Amari SPICE Penang has been the popular choice of accommodation for guests for the various world class gatherings and conventions at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre.
