A giant Christmas tree measuring 15 metres or almost 50ft will welcome guests at the entrance of the Olive Tree Hotel in Bayan Lepas.
The majestic Xmas tree took around one week to put up considering the sheer weight,height, decorations and lighting which had to go on the tree.
What more, there are more tress inside the hotel measuring some 10-metre tall and a five-metre tall in the hotel and smaller trees around the F&B outlets.
There are also three eco-friendly Christmas tree made from recycled glass bottles at the exterior section of the hotel.
Other Christmas highlights include the selfie corner will be transform into a Christmas Corner where we are selling Christmas crafts, decorative items.
Proceeds from the sales of items will be donated to Pertubuhan Permata Al Mahabbah, Pulau Pinang.
This Christmas, guests can feast on the buffet dinner offering Salmon Gravlax, Seafood Terrine, Seafood on Ice, as well as soup and salads to kick start Christmas Eve and Day celebration.
Fresh out from the kitchen is a selection of our warm dishes such as Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Lamb Jus, Beef Stroganoff with Mushroom & Parsley, Chinese Braised Oxtail and more. An addition to the signature dishes, is the Raspberry Duck Confit served with Tortilla at our action counter.
Festive vibes will be ushered in by Christmas carollers from Mayson Music Station and Persatuan Kebajikan Jiran Baik Pulau Pinang on the eve and day respectively. Christmas spirit will continue to linger around with live music and clown performance to keep the children entertained throughout these two nights. The buffet is at RM138 (adults with two beer or wine) and RM75 for child.
Meanwhile, the Sukkah Coffee House will be featuring a Festive Buffet Dinner every Saturday for December. The buffet offers mouth-watering feast of international and local delights like Sun-dried Tomato Spinach Rice Pilaf, Grilled Chicken with Mango Curry sauce, Korean Spicy Rice Cake, Grilled Prawn with Chimichurri sauce, Pan-fried Atlantic Salmon with Orange, Lemongrass and Beurre Blanc, a salad bar, cold platter corner and Seafood on Ice.
