The StarCity Hotel in Alor Star brings its Buffet Berbuka Puasa Ala Timur Tengah from March 4 till March 28, 2025 at its Paddy Cafe from 7pm to 10pm.
The promotion is priced at RM62 only (adult) and RM52 (senior citizen and child).
Head Chef Yuzman Affendy Mohd Yusoff and his team have “pulled out all the stops” to feature this year’s menu.
“We want to give the market along with our corporate and government guests something different and affordable too.
“Our team had gone out of way to prepare for this year’s fare,” said Eugene Dass, general manager of the hotel.
The list starts with local ulam ulam offering a variety of local favourites and greens.
They have also set up several warong style outlets to offer Bubur Lambok, Mee Tomyam, Kuey Teow Goreng, ABC, Cendol, Laici Kang, Kacang Rebus and Kacang Kuda Kukus..
The Middle Eastern fare consists of Mandy Rice, Foul Medames, Shahshouka, Turkish Lamb Stew, Samak Mashwi, Palaq Pumpkin, Shawarma, Chicken Kebab, Capari, and Vegetable Dhal too. There is also a list of other main dishes like the Nasi Briyani,Kambing Beriani, Ikan Masak Asam Cuka, Dalca Sayur, Taugeh Kucai Masak Kicap and Spaghetti Ayam Bolognaise.
Guests can finish off their meal with an array of local and traditional sweets.
