Check out the Spanish buffet dinner at the G Hotel for three days only, from Thursday, November 14, 15 and 17, 2024.

They are flying-in Spanish chef Hector Costa Fernandez who comes with 25 years experience in the culinary world. 

The hotel’s Cafe 168 will feature favourites in the likes of Ensaladilla Rusa, Cold PotatoSalad with Hard Boiled Eggs & Tuna, Paella de Marisco, authentic Spanish SeafoodRice, Salmorejo, Tomato Soup with Pickled Onions,Spanish Rice Pudding with Cinnamon and many more.

“I am a believer in the importance of classic cuisine as the basis for all innovation and contemporary gastronomy. I have a passion for craftsmanship in the culinary world of Spanish cuisine. I have worked in the richest gastronomic regions of Spain, the Middle East and Asia for the last 25 years, including a long relationship with Relais & Châteaux in Spain and Macau.

He is also passionate about the history and the art of cooking. 

“I have great respect for the tradition and integrity of the products and flavors, which I use to create authentic gastronomic experiences; the result is an exciting symphony of flavours, surprising diners with its simplicity and authenticity, thereby building a strong customer base for the restaurant.

“With more than 25 years of professional experience in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, I have participated in restaurant openings, renovations and changes, as a consultant and as an executive chef, including training and development of new products and concepts,” said Hector when met at the G Hotel.
