Meanwhile, guests also had the chance to experience the newlook lobby area which was upgraded. The transformation introduces a fresh, contemporary design that balances comfort, functionality, and the resort’s signature family-friendly warmth — ensuring every arrival and departure leaves a lasting impression.
The newly upgraded lobby, spanning 2,559 square feet of fully air-conditioned space, features a contemporary aesthetic defined by clean lines, natural textures, and soft lighting. Enclosed with 12mm clear tempered glass panels and automatic sliding doors, the space allows guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of the resort’s swimming pools and tropical gardens from within a cool, tranquil environment.
The upgrading works include the reception counters, Kool Lounge, and the entire lobby area, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. The layout has been thoughtfully restructured to enhance guest flow, improve accessibility, and provide a more seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Adding a touch of playful charm, the lobby now features a cotton candy stall and a selection of kid-favourite treats, making it a delightful stop for families upon arrival. The cheerful setup reflects the resort’s dedication to creating joyful experiences for younger guests while offering nostalgic indulgence for adults.
The lobby’s contemporary colour ambience embraces a soothing pastel palette — soft pinks, mint greens, and creamy beige tones — evoking a sense of calm and warmth that complements the resort’s tropical setting. This refreshed aesthetic enhances the welcoming atmosphere, blending modern elegance with a light-hearted, family-friendly vibe.
Adjoining the lobby, the Kool Lounge has been refreshed into a vibrant, multi-functional family zone. It features computer stations, a LED TV, mini slides, interactive games, and book cabinets, offering entertainment for children while parents relax or complete their check-in process. To further elevate convenience, the area includes family restrooms, baby-changing facilities, and shower rooms with lockers, ensuring every family’s needs are met with ease.
