“We are popular with the guests from the Middle East as they prefer Bangkok for medical tourism. Even during the pandemic, we had guests who came here for medical tourism purposes,” said Pauline to Penang Hyperlocal.
She has been in the hotel industry for the past 28 years and this is her third stint returning to Bangkok for work.
Getting to meet people from all parts of the world, Pauline can also be dubbed the “mini ambassador of Penang in Bangkok” as also never fails to promote her hometown among these travellers.
