Executive Chef Nadzri Mastan and his team have put out the Poseidon’s Kitchen weekend buffet dinner at the Royale Chulan Penang.
As the name suggests, the spread offers a myriad of dishes from the sea ranging from mussels, crabs, prawns, octopus, oysters, scallops, barramundi and the lot.
Start off your meal with a fine choice of appetizers ranging from cold cuts, cheese platter, sushi and a list of seafood on ice. On top of this are also the soup and bread corner.
The main dishes offer seafood jambalaya, fried rice BBQ chicken, Salmon teriyaki topped with sauteed vegetables, Penang style chili crab, beef balls, balitong lemak, lamb osso buco stew, Thai chicken pad prik, stir-fried prawns, corn on cob, mixed vegetables and more.
Meanwhile, their “action station” offers Mongolian BBQ with prawns, squid, clam, mussel, beef, chicken, and vegetables to suit your palate.
The carving station brings roasted lamb leg, roasted chicken, baked whole barramundi, baked oysters while the fish head corner will also delight diners.
Make room for the Italian corner too to savour their range of spaghetti, macaroni, tagliatelle with a variety of sauces. Your local delight like the ever popular char koay teow is also on the spread.
For a complete evening enjoy the Ice kacang corner with all the condiments, fresh fruits and cakes.
The promotion is from 6.30pm to 10.00pm at the Sri Tanjung Café priced at RM98+ for adults, RM78+ for seniors and RM68+ for child.
