The Royale Chulan Penang brings its Ramadan specials for the whole family and friends to enjoy this year.
A wonderful line-up of mouth-watering delights to suit the palate of everyone. Dubbed the “Warna Rasa Buffet Ramadan” the spread offers a wholesome and diverse blend of traditional dishes as well as Malaysian and international favourites from the world over that will be available throughout the month of Ramadan.
Executive Sous Chef Nadzri Mastan and his team have come up with a variety of colours, textures and flavours and patrons will be spoilt for choice with the addition of several star dishes such as the ever popular Kambing Panggang which keeps the crowd coming back year after year, Gulai Kawah Daging Utara, Ayam Masak Rose Kapitan, Ketam Masak Cili Royale (Chili Crabs), Sambal Tumis Siput Sudu, Ikan Bakar Corner, Kuzi Kambing Pantai Timu Bergajus, Whole Baked Fish, Gratinated Golden Scallops, Bawal Perak Goreng, Roti Canai Counter and many more.
The buffet spread is complimented with a wide selection of pastries and a variety of dates and pickles too, plus a grand selection of mouth-watering desserts such as Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Gandum, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Sago Gula Melaka, Assorted traditional Malay kuih and more.

The “Warna Rasa Buffet Ramadan” will be available from March 16th April 8th, 2024 and is priced
at RM129++ per adult and RM89++ per senior citizen and per child.
