“With cruising continuing to rise as a popular choice of travel among vacationers, we look forward to welcoming more guests on Asia’s largest and most innovative ship, Spectrum of the Seas, that will take guests all over Asia in a mix of short and long cruises. Our 12-night cruises between Singapore and Japan are especially popular amongst both local and international guests – the first sailing is almost fully sold out, and we are thrilled to be able to showcase the beauty of the region with a second set of sailings that will be sure to take guests on an adventure,” said Angie Stephen, Vice President and Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, Royal Caribbean International.
MATTA believes that the demand for international cruise tourism is extraordinary as more people are releasing the experience and the advantages it offers over air or land travel. We trust that the partnership with Royal Caribbean International will be a pull factor to grow Malaysia’s cruise segment and to promote demand for cruise holidays in the region.
