Royale Chulan Penang’s (RCP) latest seafood promotion is named after the mythological Greek god, Triton who is also the god of the sea.
They bring the best seafood buffet fair for seafood lovers. Their menu serves to bring joy for enthusiasts at their buffet with an all new and diverse menu.
Drawing inspiration from Asia’s deep cultural roots, Royale Chulan Penang brings to you their latest weekend buffet called Triton’s Kitchen. With a scrumptious seafood spread featuring savoury and sweet delicacies from all over Asia, each dish is an Asian classic and crafted exclusively by the talented chefs of Royale Chulan Penang specifically for this buffet.
To stimulate the appetite, diners can start their seafood exploration feast with the Seafood on Ice, Smoked Salmon Platter, Pomelo Crab Salad, Ensaladang Mangga, Korean Clam Noodles Salad, Tum Mak Hoong and many more that will definitely satisfy the diners’ palate.
Led by an experience Kitchen crew, the team has delved deep to curate a menu that features show-stopping Asian dishes that will surely pack a punch with dishes such as Salmon with Torch Ginger Salsa, Stir-fried Crabs with Grass Noodles, Spicy Tahong, Szechuan Garlic Prawns and many more.
Diners are also invited to take their pick at the action stalls available that will feature delectable dishes like Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry, Gratinated Golden Scallops, Seafood Dimsum etc.
One of the highlights of the Triton’s Kitchen Seafood Buffet has to be the Korean Seafood BBQ section with seafood items such as Prawns, Baby Octopus, Squid, Bamboo Clams, Sea Snails, Golden Scallops, Clams and Half Shell Mussels.
After indulging in a deliciously hearty seafood meal, guests can end the meal on a sweet note with a lovely mix of Local and Western sweets from French pastries and continental cakes to ais kacang, tropical fruits and ice cream.
The Triton’s Kitchen Seafood Buffet Dinner is available every Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.00pm at the Sri Tanjung Café and is priced at RM99+ for Adults, RM79+ for Senior or Child.
