After a hiatus of two years, media appreciation gatherings are back.
This time around, the Rackson Group hosted media members at their Rackson House Sales Gallery recently.
Present was Rackson House chairman Ng Lim Hon, chief executive officer Kelvin Lor and Leon Lee, founder and CEO of Leon Properties.
Some 40 members of the media fraternity were treated to fine dinner along with free flow of wine and whisky. A two-piece band also provided soothing music.
“We want to show our appreciation to media members in support of our up-coming project in Bayan Lepas. The first Le Meridien branded hotel is coming up in Penang at the vicinity of the Penang International Airport (PIA).
“It is expected to be completed in 2026 and the groundbreaking ceremony will be held in September this year,” said Lor.
The 200-room hotel will also house serviced apartments and will be part of the Penang Gateway project.
