The event is timely as Christmas celebrations and the New Year are just around the corner.

Among the dishes they prepared are Crispy US Potato Snowflakes, Christmas Salsa loaded with US lettuce cut fries, Homemade US Potato Russet Gnocchi, Homemade US Potato fries Nacho, Homemade Gnocchi Pomodoro, and US Potato Frittata.

Guests also had the opportunity to sample these dishes and also won lucky draw prizes.

According to Potato US country representative, Kent Low, their aim of hosting the gathering is to share with consumers to cook healthy especially since the festive season is coming.

“I am sure that the guests had a good learning experience and good time at our roadshow. We will be holding more such events next year,” said Low.
