Located in the upscale Apgujeong area, Pine & Co Seoul has rapidly gained recognition for its creative cocktails, expertly blending unconventional flavors with a strong commitment to sustainability. With the expert touch of its award-winning bartender and Bar Manager, Minguk Yu, he will introduce a collection of Pine & Co’s most exceptional creations that incorporate Korean liquor and Korean produce, offering a taste of South Korea in the heart of Langkawi.
Bada – Bada (means ‘ocean’ in Korean), a refreshing blend of fake mescal, seaweed syrup, super citrus, and egg white, will take your palate on an unconventional journey under the sea.
Andong – The city of Andong is represented through this sweet, spicy and sour cocktail that showcases Andong ginger, fragrant Jeonnam pear and Pine & Co’s take on traditional Korean liquor, Kyungbuk Yecheon Rumpot 42.
Jeju – The beautiful island of Jeju is renowned for its Mandarin oranges, whose vibrant zest and juice are used together with semi-fermented tea, along with Pine & Co’s Kyungbuk Chungju Dancing 22, for a herbal and fruity Korean cocktail.
Cacao – A decadent tipple that celebrates the comforting warmth of chocolate with a base of chocolate Bourbon, mixed with cacao nib, cacao bitters and a refreshing hint of kaffir lime. Garnished with homemade Pavé chocolate, it’s a chocolate lover’s dream.
