“We are incredibly proud to bring together some of Penang’s finest culinary talents under one roof, offering both locals and visitors an unforgettable experience.

“We proudly announce that PIFF@Tanjong will feature over 100 food stalls, offering an incredible variety of culinary delights. From Penang’s iconic street foods — such as Char Koay Teow, Passembur, Nasi Lemak, and Asam Laksa — to more innovative and contemporary dishes, there will be something to satisfy every taste.

“Highlights include food stalls showcasing Penang’s world-renowned cuisine and some which are Michelin-selected, exquisite creations from top Penang hotel culinary teams, delectable treats from dessert and café vendors and dynamic fare from our food trucks too.

“Additionally, visitors can explore vibrant flavours from Indonesia and Thailand through our stalls from the Consulate-General of Indonesia and Thailand in Penang”, said Lim in her opening address.

She also shared that there will be live cooking demonstrations by Malaysia’s Celebrity Chef, Chef Zam, along with special appearances by Jestinna Kuan, Danny and Santesh Kumar.
