The Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH) has launched a unique way to raise funds for the needy and underprivileged community.
Dubbed the “DU iT Charity Virtual Duathlon 2021”, they hope to raise RM200,000 towards the worthy cause.
All proceeds will go to the Dr J. Earl Gardner Fund to help needy patients who will undergo major surgeries in PAH.
Since health issues have always been prominent in the community and the lingering pandemic has made it even harder for people to receive treatments.
Penang Adventist Hospital recognizes the needs of the underprivileged within our community and we strive to offer HOPE to needy patients who seek medical treatment at PAH.
While we are actively soliciting donations for various funds made available at PAH, they also need members of the public’s help to make our efforts go even further.
The DU iT Charity Virtual Duathlon 2021 aims to do just that. DU iT will see participants run 5km and cycle 10km, where upon completion, RM1000 will be donated by our benevolent donors for the participant’s effort.
