Some 60 staff members at the Hotel NEO+ Penang were treated to some fine food and drinks.
The gathering was in appreciation for their good work, positive reviews and performance at the city hotel.
Those celebrating their birthdays were also presented with a birthday cake.
Lending support to the gathering was general manager Dato Gulab Mahatam Rai and his management team.
Other heads of departments (HODs) were also present to give moral support to the hard working staff.
Other than certificates of appreciation, selected staff members were also presented with cash awards.
“This is one of the ways to show our appreciation and recognition for their good work. We are also thankful for their outstanding performance”, added Gulab.
The evening ended with a round of karaoke, camaraderie and fellowship.
