The Mercure Penang Beach is offering its “Retro Ramadan buffet dinner” from April 6 to May 1, 2022.
Among the “retro” dishes ofer some over 100 menu delightful dishes at their Ombak kitchen.
The local favourite cuisine buffet selection ranges from a variety of grills to fabulous desserts presented in-themed with their in-house decor.
Among them are Ulam-Ulaman, Sambal Sambal Melayu, Telur Masin, Jelatah, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Sotong, Som Tam, Jeruk, BBQ corner, asam laksa, prawns, bubur lambuk, pizza, roast lamb and more.
Guests also have a choice to dine by the beach or the comforts of the coffeehouse.
As for desserts, guests have the choice of laksa, ice kacang, cendol and aneka bubur among others.
The team of chef Halim, chef Jamal and chef Hairie along with the Executive Chef Lee are on hand to ensure there is ample food on the counters.
Ombak will also be filled with classic old school music from the 50’s to the 90’s during your dinner too.
