The Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH National) held their board meeting in the “town that tin built” or Ipoh recently.
Leading the team was MAH National president Datin Christina Toh along with other heads of states.
The two-day event was held at the WEIL Hotel here.
Others present were MAH National vice chairman, CS LIm, vice president, Dato Khoo Boo Lim, vice president, Shirley Lim, Hon Secretary General, Dato Megat Shahrul Azman Abas and Hon Treasurer General Maggie Ong.
Representing the various states was Kedah/Perlis chapter chairman, Eugene Dass, Penang chapter vice chairman Ben Ho, Perak chapter vice chairman, Tony Wong, Selangor chapter representative, Wan Mohd Azhar, KL chapter chairman, B E Lim, Negeri Sembilan chapter chairman, Haziz Hassan, Melaka chapter chairman, Khairulnizam Kasim, Johor chapter chairman, Ivan Teo, Pahang chapter chairman, Patrick Tee, Terengganu chapter chairman, Suaibah Harun, Kelantan chapter vice chairman, Gan Yeong Shuoh and Sabah/Labuan chapter chairman, Hafizan Wong.
The camaraderie continued with a get-together dinner at the rooftop of the MU Hotel with good food and good company.
They got down to business the following day to dwell on matters of interest for MAH.
They also made time to meet up with Perak Tourism Association (PTA) president Datuk Odzman Abdul Kadir.
