Members of the Malaysian Association of Hotels ( MAH Kedah/Perlis) Chapter were given a special briefing by officials from Alpine Integrated Solutions Sdn Bhd, the appointed organiser of the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023.
The briefing was held at the popular Dash Hotel in Langkawi.
Representing Alpine Integrated was their chief executive officer, John Chua and his team.
LIMA 2023 will be held from May 23 to 27, 2023 at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre and Resort World Langkawi.
Guests were updated on various aspects of the show in relation to the number of participants, various displays, attendance of VIP, guests among others.
With several of the hotels and resorts playing hosts as venues for the various meetings, luncheon and dinners, the briefing was surely much welcomed.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will officiate LIMA 2023 in the company of various defence ministers, generals and foreign diplomats.
Among the countries participating at LIMA 2023 are Australia, China, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, Pakistan, Saudi
Arabia, Scotland, Singapore, South Korea, Türkiye, United Kingdom, United States and United Arab Emirates.
Other than static display of various transport aircraft, helicopters and fighter jets, there will also be airshow by aerobatic show from teams from Indonesia, South Korea, China and Russia.
Among them are the Jupiter team from the Indonesian Air Force, August 1st (Air Force of the People’s Republic of China), Russian Knights (Russian Air Force) and the Black Eagles (Republic of South Korea Air Force).
The Russian aerobatic team will be flying its Sukhoi SU-35S and Su-30SM fighter aircrafts.
Meanwhile, among those present was MAH Kedah/Perlis vice chairman and general manager of Dash Resort Effendi Ramley, Leslie Perara (GM Holiday Villa) and others.
