Lycan brings with him extensive experience in hotel operations, with a strong track record in guest experience, team leadership, and commercial performance within internationally branded hotels.
He is recognized for his hands‑on leadership approach and ability to build high‑performing teams through clear communication, structured standards, and people development.
In his new role, Lycan will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the 316‑key resort, focusing on delivering consistent Feel‑Good Moments across every guest touchpoint, in line with the DoubleTree brand promise of CARE where guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

Originally from Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Lycan is passionate about heritage and culture.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, particularly in the areas of self‑development, business, and history.
His keen interest in historical narratives often leads him to museums and art galleries, where he finds inspiration in connecting past traditions with modern perspectives.
