IndiGo is temporarily suspending flights to Langkawi, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Krabi, Ho Chi Minh and Siem Reap amidst a challenging cost environment and traditionally softer demand in upcoming Q3 2026.

Temporary realignment – The airline announced the suspension of Siem Reap nonstop service starting from July 3, while the rest of the destinations will be put on hold from July 1, with the suspension in effect until September 30. IndiGo will resume booking on impacted routes from October 1, 2026. However, should conditions improve, 6E is prepared to relaunch flights earlier than planned, with appropriate notice.

Responding to changing market conditions – The announced changes are aimed at aligning capacity with current market conditions and demand trends, while ensuring continuous reliability and network integrity across IndiGo’s global destinations.

However, IndiGo’s direct flights from Chennai and Penang International Airport are ongoing as usual.
