The Gin Library at the Courtyard By Marriott Penang offers fine seafood in the likes of premium caviar, oysters, scallops, tuna, salmon, octopus, smoked salmon, crab and other delicacies.

The outlet is dubbed to be the island’s first and only distillery-themed bar.

The spread is brought by a collaboration between the hotel and Ostrea – An Oyster and Seafood Bar.

Guests can pair their delectable food choices with fine gin concoctions prepared by mixologist, Alif Z.

Among the favourites are the Macalister G&T, Cinnamon Espresso Martini, Pink Pixies and more.

The gin bar also holds selected batches of premium gin selection for your enjoyment pleasure.

Also on hand is Chef Jordon Chin and his team to prepare your favourite dishes.

Chin will personally attend to the guests’s choice for the preparation and presentation of his dishes.

Having worked in several 5-star hotels in Singapore, he comes well prepared.

For the uninitiated, Chin will also help take you on a gastronomic experience to introduce one to the various seafood on their menu.

The space is also bookable for small launches, tastings, celebrations, birthday parties, private events, wine dinners, corporate events and family gatherings. 

The Gin Library is located on the 23rd floor of the Courtyard By Marriott Penang located along Macalister Road, Georgetown.
