“We had recently returned from Manila, the Philippines. Our area of coverage includes all of the ASEAN countries and countries like Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia which are fast gaining traction for tourism and surely the demand for wine and champagne.
“Our company owns many vineyards and produces our own brand of wine brands. We also have many new world wine ranges especially those from Chile and South Africa.
“In all, we have some 3,471 hectares of vineyards in France, South Africa, Spain and Chile,” added Maxime to Penang Hyperlocal.
He joined the GCF recently and loves his job to meet supplies and business associates all over the region.
“Langkawi is an important market for us and we work with S H Maju to promote our range of wines and champagne.
“We hold a wide range of wine brands from entry level and top range selections. One in five wines sold all over the world are our wine brands,” added Linlin.
Meanwhile, Maxime, who is on his very first trip to Langkawi, loves the island and its people. He also hopes to spend more time here on his next trip.
