The White Smoke Restaurant along Lebuh Victoria and Asiaeuro Wine & Spirits hosted a wine dinner with two fine French wine labels
.Highlights for the evening were the Thuvevin Estate and the Chateau la Gaffeliere Estates range.
Present to explain the selected range of fine wine was brand ambassador, Thibault Odent along with William Chong (Northern Region director) from Asiaeuro Wines & Spirits.
Guests were treated to Chateau Chapelle d’Alienor Blanc (white), Le Fieur d’Armens, Clos La Gaffeliere 2019 while the highlight of the evening was the Bad Boy range.
Guests had the opportunity to indulge in Homemade Cured Chacuterie consisting of country terrine, ham, duck prosciutto, green apple while the second starter was house cured guanciale, egg yolk, pumpkin, hazelnut.
The mains were either a choice of juicy Lamb lion or the smooth Australian tenderloin.
The gathering also offered the opportunity to meet and make new friends in the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant.
