After a series of unforgettable throwback parties across Malaysia, Club Roots is back, and this time, the iconic series is heading south to Johor Bahru for another night of classic vibes, legendary DJs and timeless music.
The Club Roots Johor Bahru Party will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 7pm till late, at Betelnut @ Mount Austin, located above Uncle Don’s Restaurant.
This special edition brings together six of Malaysia’s most celebrated DJs from the golden era of nightlife:

From disco to retro dance classics, expect a night that celebrates the beats that shaped the club culture of the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s — blending nostalgia with a modern-day groove that keeps the dance floor alive.
Club Roots has earned a loyal following for its mission to reconnect partygoers with Malaysia’s rich nightlife history, spotlighting DJs and clubs that defined the local entertainment scene over the past few decades.
Following successful editions in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Penang, Malacca and Kuantan, the series continues its journey across Malaysia, uniting music lovers under one rhythm.
