Taking oath for the second term, YAB Chow Kon Yeow was at the residence of the Governor of Penang, Seri Mutiara earlier this morning.
He was accompanied by his wife.
On hand to receive him was Penang Governor Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak and other dignitaries.
After taking the oath of office and the credentials, Chow and Tun Fuzi also posed for the camera.
Last night at the St Giles Wembley Hotel here, Chow declared victory for the PH-BN coalition for taking 29 of the 40 seats in the seats.
This gave the ruling party a two-third majority.
Next, on the cards soon is the nomination of the various state exco members who will help Chow run the state.
